Substitution Policy: Presently substitution of flowers and containers happens more than ever due to the COVID pandemic.  we do our best to keep the color scheme and container style the same.  baskets are especially hard to get right now.  if You have any strong preferences please indicate in special instructions.  such as the recipient really likes purple or no lilies please.
